DIVINE TIMING
I’m a firm believer in trusting in God’s timing for my life - as ridiculously HARD as that can be, more often than not.
Steve Jobs is noted for saying, “The dots can only be connected looking backwards,” and I’ve found that to be so true for the majority of it.
A few months ago, my life was unexpectedly upended, and I went through something that I had never experienced before.
Without going into too much detail, I got hit with a series of unfortunate and traumatizing events.
I hit a wall and started reflecting, more like having second thoughts, about my direction in life, and about things that I had been so sure of prior to my changing circumstances.
In the midst of my spiral into an immobile state of overwhelm, I received a direct message on Instagram from Ateachka, the the beauty blogger and founder of The Royal York Spa.
She had previously worked with the team from the radio station Z103.5 fm, and she reached out after noticing that they followed me online, as she loved their diverse audience.
Our collaboration was the perfect blessing, that came at the perfect time.
